1.Accept the terms
1.1 The ownership and operation rights of GoDutch APP are owned by Zhenyu Chen who is the owner of GuangZhou Mochen Technology(hereinafter referred to as MoChen Tech). The services provided must be strictly implemented in accordance with the company's articles of association, terms of service and operating rules issued by it. The user accepts this agreement and clicks the Agree button to complete the registration, which means that the user has reached an agreement with MoChen Tech and accepts all the terms of service.
1.2 Mochen Tech uses its own service system to provide users with technical services related to bill spliting and share accounting through the Internet. In addition, equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other Devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile network) and the required expenses (such as telephone charges and Internet access charges for accessing the Internet, mobile phone charges for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.
2.Rules of use
2.1 Users must provide detailed and accurate personal information to MoChen Tech when applying for the network services provided by MoChen Tech. If there is any change in personal information, it must be updated in time.
2.2 After the user registration is successful, MoChen Tech will give each user a user account and corresponding password, and the user account and password shall be kept by the user; the user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out with his user account.
2.3 Users must follow the following principles when using MoChen Tech's accounting network services:
2.3.1 Comply with laws and regulations yours country;
2.3.2 Comply with all network agreements, regulations and procedures related to network services;
2.3.3 Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
2.3.4 Do not use the Mochen Tech's network service system to transmit any harassing, slanderous, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene or any other illegal information;
2.3.5 Do not use the Mochen Tech's network service system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
2.3.6 Without the written consent of Mochen Tech, you cannot use the services of Mochen Tech to conduct sales or other commercial activities on GoDutch bookkeeping or related websites. If the user violates this agreement, Mochen Tech will pursue its breach of contract liability according to law, and Mochen Tech has the right to recover if it causes losses to Mochen Tech.
2.3.7 Do not use the Mochen Tech's network service system to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to Mochen Tech;
3.Service revision
MoChen Tech reserves the right to modify or interrupt the service at any time without notifying the user. The user accepts MoChen Tech to exercise the right to modify or interrupt the service, and MoChen Tech does not need to be responsible to the user or a third party.
4.Privacy Protection
4.1 Respecting users' personal privacy is a basic policy of MoChen Tech. Therefore, as a supplement to the analysis of personal registration data in the second point above, MoChen Tech will never disclose, edit or disclose the user's registration data and non-public content stored in MoChen Tech's various services, unless MoChen Tech is in on the basis of good faith, it is necessary to disclose this information in the following situations:

4.1.4 Maintain the trademark ownership of MoChen Tech.
4.1.5 In accordance with the provisions of chapter 10 or other circumstances deemed necessary by MoChen Tech. The user hereby authorizes the Subscriber to send commercial information to their e-mail.
5.User account, password and security
5.1 Once you successfully register as a user, you will get a password and account number. If you fail to keep your account and password well, you will be fully responsible for any damages caused to you, MoChen Tech or a third party. Also, each user is solely responsible for all activities and events on their account. You can change your password and icon at any time, you can also end the old account and reopen a new account. The user agrees to notify MoChen Tech immediately if any illegal use of the user account or security loopholes are found.
5.2 The user expressly agrees that the use of the mail service is at the user's own risk. Services are provided on a free basis. MoChen Tech expressly disclaims any type of guarantee, whether express or implied, except for the implied guarantee of commerciality, specific purpose and non-violation of the provisions of the appropriate guarantee. MoChen Tech does not guarantee that the service will definitely meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, or occurrence of errors in the service. MoChen Tech refuses to provide any guarantee, including whether the information can be transmitted accurately, timely and smoothly. The user understands and accepts that any information downloaded or obtained through the products and services of MoChen Tech depends on the user himself, and he shall bear all risks and responsibilities for system damage or data loss. MoChen Tech does not guarantee any commodity shopping service or transaction process obtained on the service network. Users will not receive oral or written opinions or information from MoChen Tech, and MoChen Tech will not make express guarantees here.
6.Delivery of notice
All notifications of MoChen Tech to users can be carried out through web announcements, emails, system notifications, active contact with website administrator accounts, private messages, mobile phone text messages or regular mail transmissions; such notifications are deemed to be sent on the date of sending. 7.Disclaimer
7.1 MoChen Tech is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages arising from:
7.1.1 Improper use of product services;
7.1.2 Purchasing goods or similar services online, conducting transactions online, using services illegally or changing information transmitted by users.
7.2 The content posted by the user on GoDutch APP (including but not limited to the content in the current product functions of MoChen Tech) only expresses their personal positions and opinions, and does not represent the position or opinions of MoChen Tech. As the publisher of the content, he shall be responsible for the published content by himself, and for all disputes arising from the published content, the publisher of the content shall bear all legal and joint liabilities. MoChen Tech does not assume any legal and joint liability.
7.3 MoChen Tech has the right to delete content that infringes other people's intellectual property rights or other legal rights and interests on its server, and reserves the right to hand it over to judicial authorities for processing.
7.4 MoChen Tech does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links set up for the convenience of users. At the same time, MoChen Tech is not responsible for the content of any webpage pointed to by such external links that is not actually controlled by MoChen Tech any liability.
7.5 If MoChen Tech has made it clear that its network service provision method has changed and reminded users to pay attention, all consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required shall be borne by the user.
7.6 The user expressly agrees that the risks of using the online services of MoChen Tech will be entirely borne by himself. All the consequences arising from the use of the services of MoChen Tech will also be borne by himself and MoChen Tech will not bear any responsibility for the user.
7.7 MoChen Tech does not guarantee that the network service will definitely meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of the network service.
7.8 The user agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of MoChen Tech and other users. Due to illegal, untrue, improper, infringing the legal rights and interests of third parties, or the user's violation of any terms under this agreement, the user may give MoChen Tech or If any other third party causes losses, the user agrees to bear the liability for the resulting damages.
7.9 This APP is based on user-generated content. We will supervise the content and users in a timely and effective manner, delete illegal users, delete illegal content, and suffer losses due to users not following this agreement. Posts, photos and other related content, Users should bear the relevant responsibilities themselves, and it has nothing to do with MoChen Tech or Apple.
8.Ownership of content
The definition of content includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, charts; all content in advertisements; all content in emails; commercial information provided by GoDutch app to users. All of this content is protected by copyright, trademark, label and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use the content under the authorization of MoChen Tech and advertisers, and cannot copy, reproduce or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
9.Termination of service
9.1 MoChen Tech can terminate the service at any time according to the actual situation. MoChen Tech does not need to be responsible to any individual or third party and terminate the service at any time. If the user objects to any suggestion of the terms of service or has any objection to the subsequent modification of the terms, or is dissatisfied with the service of MoChen Tech, the user only has the following recourse rights:
9.1.1 No longer use the MoChen Tech service.
9.1.2 Terminate the user's qualification to use the services of MoChen Tech.
9.1.3 Notifier stops the user's service on MoChen Tech. After the user service is terminated, the user's right to use the service on MoChen Tech is immediately suspended. Since then, MoChen Tech will no longer undertakes any obligations to users.
10.Jurisdiction
The user and MoChen Tech agree that the disputes arising from this agreement and the use of the services of MoChen Tech should be resolved by arbitration, but MoChen Tech has the right to choose the method of litigation and the court with jurisdiction to accept the lawsuit. If any terms of service are in conflict with the law, these terms will be re-analyzed as closely as possible, while other terms will remain legally effective and affect users.
11.Information storage and security of services included in GoDutch APP
MoChen Tech will try its best to maintain the security and convenience of all services, but it will not be responsible for any information deletion or storage failure in the service. In addition, we reserve the right to determine whether the user's behavior complies with the requirements of the MoChen Tech's Terms of Service. If the user violates the provisions of the Service Terms, the account of GoDutch App will be terminated.
12.Teenagers
It is specially reminded that young users must abide by the Internet Civilization Convention: be good at online learning, do not browse bad information; Destroy the order of the network; be beneficial to physical and mental health, and not indulge in virtual time and space.
13.Other terms
13.1 MoChen Tech will regard the characteristics of the service content provided to users, and require users to abide by specific conditions and terms when registering the relevant services provided by MoChen Tech; if there is any inconsistency between these conditions and terms and the above terms of service , these terms and conditions shall prevail.
13.2 Any problems arising from the implementation of this service agreement will be resolved through friendly negotiation between this website and users.
13.3 If any clause in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or non-executable for any reason, the rest of the clauses in this agreement shall still be valid and binding.
